At Deli Wrap Solutions, we take pride in delivering high quality custom printed food packaging that meet our customers’ exact specifications. Since all our products are custom manufactured according to your approved designs, our return policy is specifically structured to address the custom nature of our offerings.

Before beginning production on any order, we follow a strict approval process:

  1. We provide you with digital artwork proofs of your custom design
  2. Production begins ONLY after we receive your explicit written approval of the final artwork
  3. Your approval confirms that all design elements, colors, text and specifications are correct and as desired

Return Policy & Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of our custom printed products, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:

1. Manufacturing Defects

We will accept returns if the delivered products have verifiable manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Printing quality issues (smudging, blurring color bleeding)
  • Structural defects in the paper or material
  • Improper cutting or finishing

2. Deviation from Approved Artwork

Returns are accepted if the delivered products materially deviate from your approved artwork in terms of:

  • Colors (significant variation from approved PMS, CMYK, or spot colors)
  • Design elements or layout
  • Text content or placement

3. Incorrect Quantity

If you receive a quantity that is less than what was ordered and paid for, we will supply the remaining quantity or adjust your invoice accordingly.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Change of mind or no longer needing the product
  2. Errors in the design that were present in the artwork you approved
  3. Color variations that fall within standard commercial printing tolerances
  4. Orders canceled after production has begun
  5. Custom products stored improperly after delivery resulting in damage

Return Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return based on the criteria above:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within 3 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] or calling (917) 203-4987
  2. Documentation: Provide clear photographs of the issue and your order details
  3. Evaluation: Our quality control team will evaluate your claim within 3 business days
  4. Resolution: If your return is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
    • Replacement of the defective products
    • Partial or full refund depending on the nature and extent of the issue
    • Credit toward future orders

Replacement Orders

For approved returns where a replacement is issued:

  • We will expedite the production of replacement orders
  • Shipping costs for returning defective products and sending replacements will be covered by Deli Wrap Solutions

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. All our custom deli paper, greaseproof paper, food wraps, and parchment paper products are manufactured using food grade materials in compliance with FDA regulations.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled without penalty before artwork approval
  • After artwork approval but before production begins, cancellation may incur a design setup fee
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
